Despite the cares brought to the realization of the surfposter site by the Jean-Marc Parreno Editions, the information contained only have an indicative value and the firm doesn't have any reponsability. The datas published on the server are regularly reviewed in order to actualize the site and are therefore susceptible to be modified without warning. Subscription costs to a supplier of Internet access remain to your charge, as well as communication costs.

ART 1 : GENERALITIES
The present conditions are considered known by the purchaser, each order means from him his agreement. As a matter of fact, all contrary clauses only be opposed if we accepted it positively by writing.

ART 3 : PRICE LIST
Taxation rules are those applicable to a French or French-speaking consumer, or belonging to the European Union. VAT is invoiced on departure from France for all the French consumers on the basis of the legal rate. For sendings out of the European Union, some charges (local VAT, customs or of import) can be invoiced at the arrival of the boxes and remain at your charge.

ART 4 : VAT
Prices indicated are those fixed by the publisher. They are inclusive of tax for France, net of VAT for other countries.
The invoice payment is made during the order in euros or US dollars

ART 5 : COMPUTER LAW AND LIBERTY
In application to the Computer law and Liberty of January 6, 1978 (art. 34), you have a right of access and modification, rectification and suppression of information concerning yourself. In that case, you will have to address us your concerns by mail.

ART 6 : GUARANTEES
Articles sold by Jean-Marc Parreno Editions are the same as those of the trade. The customer promises to indicate to Jean-Marc Parreno Editions an address to which the delivery can be done during the hours of operation. Jean-Marc Parreno Editions promises to deliver all available products in the best time limits, and this as soon as the order has been confirmed and paid by the customer. Delivery times depend on the destination country. The customers freight costs are calculated according to the destination area, of the emergency of the order (economic or important sending), and of the number of products ordered. All parcels are routed through the Post.
Possible delays don't give the right to the purchaser to cancel the sale, to denie the goods or to ask for damages. In case of damage or missing goods, the customer will be able to send a letter of complain to the carrier at the time of the delivery, or to our after-sales service within 48 hours after the receipt of the product by postal, electronic mail or by fax. All faulty item can be returned to us within ten days after the date of receipt, in its packing of origin and in perfect state and, moreover, notifying us the reason of the return as well as the number of invoice. The item is exchanged as soon as possible. However, freight costs of round trip remain at the charge of the customer.
All products cancelled at the time of order, will be reimbursed by cheque or credited to your Bank card, or by a credit-note corresponding to the amount of the products not delivered and to the freight costs and packing. That credit-note will be sent to the customer by postal mail.

ART 7 : FORTUITOUS CASES AND MAJOR STRENGTH
Jean-Marc Parreno Editions can not be held responsible for delivery problems, damage, tardiness caused by things that are out of his control (a product is not available by a supplier, the total or partial strikes, floodings, fires, cases of war, riot, insurrection, interruption of transport, problem of import or export, shortage, earthquake, storm...). Jean-Marc Parreno Editions won't be able to be held responsible for the use of products ordered and of their content, the customer being the only responsible for their use by himself or by a third person.

ART 8:DISPUTE
In case of contract dispute or payment dispute, the Trade Courthouse of DAX (France) which is the jurisdiction of Jean-Marc Parreno Editions, is the only competent authority, no matter the payment of the country the order deals with. All orders are subject to our terms and conditions of sale..

 ART 9 : LEGISLATION
The whole range of products proposed to the sale by Jean Marc Parreno Editions respect French Laws. The purchase of products from another country won't be the Jean-Marc Parreno Editions responsibility which do not fall under an other country's law.
